About Staci Stevens
THE ISLAND REALTOR
“When you love where you live you sell it without even trying, and now I get to teach people about island life all the time!”
-Staci Stevens
Perhaps it was a sign of things to come that Staci Stevens received her first fishing pole as a gift at her birth. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Staci has been around water her entire life. She moved to Florida on an athletic scholarship, running cross country for Palm Beach Atlantic University. Staci believes strongly in being fiscally responsible, ethics that she has carried into her personal and professional life to this day. She enjoys fishing, reading, boating and running. Staci has also served on the Board of Education at Providence Christian School, held a SPRC Leadership position at Pine Island United Methodist Church, took part in the Cape Coral Chamber Leadership Class of 2020, and has taken part in the Bobby Holloway Fishing Tournament for over ten years. Her most proud accomplishments are the couple’s four children and their island home and farm that hosts cows, chickens, kittens, puppies, palm trees and fruit trees. Staci and her family currently live in St. James City where they run the Monroe Canal Marina. Their roots to the island are deep, personal and generational.
Staci’s mother-in-law literally wrote the book on Pine Island! Staci knows everyone and everything there is to know about island life and there’s nothing she loves more than helping others explore all that Pine Island has to offer.
“My most important roles are a wife and mother. I like that I have been dubbed the Marina Mama because it shows that I can be both a great business owner and a great mama…it’s symbiotic.”
